TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT & STATUTORY EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS DISPUTES
We frequently represent clients directly during negotiations with employees and labor unions in relation to any industrial disputes. In contentious matters, we also represent clients in handling employment dispute cases throughout the entire dispute resolution process, including bipartite negotiation, mediation or conciliation at the local office of the Ministry of Employment and proceedings before the Industrial Relations Court and on appeal in the Supreme Court.
We assist clients in providing HR audits to assess their compliance with employment laws and regulations. We also assist them with manpower and immigration inspections by the Ministry of Employment and/or Directorate General of Immigration.
