Mr. Adinugraha has extensive experience in providing advice and preparing documentation related to various aspects of Indonesian employment matters. He also frequently represents clients directly during negotiations with employees and labor unions in relation to any industrial disputes.

In contentious matters, Mr. Adinugraha regularly represents clients in handling employment dispute cases throughout the entire dispute resolution process, including bipartite negotiation, mediation at the local office of the Ministry of Employment and proceedings before the Industrial Relations Court and on appeal in the Supreme Court.
